Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require the confirmation email you received as proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In certain cases, the product doesn't have to be returned. The money will then be refunded without any inspection depending on the problem. But this decision lies within our control. 

If you ordered the wrong size because of wrong size tables that the manufacturer offered, we will send the right size to you. 

There will be no refund for you, if you are unhappy with the shipping time, because we provide you with this information on every product page.

Any failure of parcel delivery that doesn't lie within our control will not be refunded. If the shipping agency is not able to deliver to your address, we will be contacted by them, so that we can tell them the right address and try to deliver the parcel with little delay. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
